"Glendale residents with questions on proposed water and sewer rate increases can attend Tuesday's City Council meeting.
A public hearing will be at 7 p.m. with a council vote to follow.
Under the proposal, which would take effect in October, the average single-family customers would see about a $6 monthly increase, or $75 annually. It represents a 12 percent increase for the average single-family customer."
