"The Valley will offer a two-city approach to hosting college basketball's Final Four as early as 2012 in a bid that must be shipped to the NCAA by Wednesday.
Glendale would host the Division I men's basketball semifinals and finals at University of Phoenix Stadium, where Super Bowl XLII was played this past February.
Downtown Phoenix would accommodate the bulk of concerts and interactive events for hoops fans."
