"Three high-end home developments in central Phoenix will be built with 2-kilowatt solar panel systems that will save the owners an estimated $400 each on annual power bills, the developers said.
Kyocera Solar Inc. will supply the panels to Zacher Homes, and American Solar Electric of Scottsdale will install the systems."
