"Glendale didn't reduce its property tax by as much as neighboring Peoria, but it did take a 2 1/2 cent bite out of it.
Earlier this month, Peoria reduced its property tax by 5 cents.
The Glendale council approved the property tax rate on Tuesday, along with the 2008-09 budget."
