"A parcel of land recently sold for $10.1 million in Surprise's general planning area. It will eventually be part of a 5,000-acre master-planned community expected to contain retail, residential units and possibly a resort.
The project is called Lake Pleasant 5000, though it sits about 12 miles west of Lake Pleasant, which is in Peoria."
