"The fountains at Westgate City Center are doing double duty, taking wishes and supporting local charities with the coins that are tossed in.
Steve Ellman, developer of the entertainment district next to University of Phoenix Stadium, announced Tuesday that all of the coins will be donated to Glendale's From the Heart program."
