"A new Wal-Mart Supercenter that had its grand opening Wednesday in north Peoria is expected to make an impact on the city by generating tax revenues, adding jobs and contributing to local schools and charitable organizations.
But the first-day shoppers in the store in the Camino a Lago Marketplace shopping center at Lake Pleasant Parkway and Deer Valley Road, were focused on what a pleasant shopping experience it offered."
