I was showing homes yesterday and saw a home that was unbelievable. It was in one of the worst conditions that I had ever seen. All of the copper and romex electrical wiring had been stripped out of the house. The hosebib in the frontyard had been cut out of the water main and ripped out of the front of the home. There are huge holes in the ceiling and walls. I have some before and after photos of this house. It's a shame that people are doing this to homes, sadly, this is happening more often to foreclosed homes in the Phoenix-Metro Area.
