"A 'True West' flavor has brought success to the 3-year-old Cibola Vista Resort and Spa in north Peoria, which has completed its second phase of construction by adding such new features as a lagoon pool, additional rooms, a cactus garden, tennis court and 'Western town.'
Developer Neil Cumsky said time-share buyers and hotel guests have embraced his vision of re-creating the kind of resort that characterized Arizona in the early 1960s.
