"Surprise plans to push back the next phase of Bell Road reconstruction from this month to July in order to add more street improvements to the project, City Engineer Bob Maki said.
Additions will include signal improvements, new turn lanes and infrastructure for power lines. Packaging these projects in one bundle is the smart move, Maki said."
