"The second marina at Lake Pleasant, Scorpion Bay Marina and Yacht Club, finally is to become reality May 1 after a series of bruising legal battles delayed construction.
Multiple marinas are common at many other lakes but this will be a new experience for Valley boaters, said Dennis Gorney, one of the developers."
