Residents near Waddell Road upset over widening

"A 5-foot-7 brick wall is the one barrier Jim Coking has between his $400,000-plus Marley Park home and six lanes of traffic zipping along Waddell Road beyond his back yard.

Coking and a handful of other Marley Park residents assert that their home builder, Element Homes, sold them premium home lots bordering Waddell Road in 2006 without disclosing that the thoroughfare would be widened the next year from two lanes of traffic in each direction to three."
