"The Peoria City Council approved a 364-unit luxury apartment complex to be built on 17 acres at 83rd and Olive avenues.
The council voted 6-1 in favor of the developer's request for a minor amendment to the General Plan and a rezoning of the site. It approved 14 stipulations, including enhancing the development's entries."
