"Four patches of grass and dirt surrounding University of Phoenix Stadium commanded the highest prices per square foot in more than two years among West Valley land transactions, according to brokerage Grubb & Ellis/BRE commercial.
The firm recently released a list of its priciest land deals dating to Jan. 1, 2006, and out of 448 West Valley transactions, Glendale nabbed the top four spots."
